Political Changes

The Hundred Years War

Hundred Years War
The Hundred Years War was a war between France and England, and it did indeed last about one hundred years, except that the hundred years were made up of smaller wars like the Lancaster War and the Caroline War. The Hundred Years War killed thousands of people on both sides. It is a political change because what happened was that years before (1006), a French Duke invaded England and decided to name himself king. Then, in 1337, the French throne became empty and the battle started.
